1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Resumez.id (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Resumez.id is an online resume and cover letter builder. Users can create, edit, and download professional resumes and cover letters using our templates. Some features require a paid plan (7-Day Access or Pro subscription). The Service is available for users in the ASEAN region.

3. User Accounts

• You must sign in using a valid Google account to access certain features.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information when using the Service.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

• Free: Akses gratis tanpa batas waktu untuk fitur dasar termasuk template gratis dan AI writing assistant.
• 7-Day Access (IDR 39.000): Pembayaran satu kali yang memberikan akses penuh ke semua template premium selama 7 hari. Tidak ada perpanjangan otomatis.
• Pro Monthly (IDR 149.000/bulan): Langganan bulanan berulang. Akses berlanjut hingga akhir periode penagihan setelah pembatalan.
• Semua pembayaran diproses oleh Midtrans. Dengan melakukan pembelian, Anda menyetujui syarat pembayaran Midtrans.
• Semua harga ditampilkan dalam Rupiah Indonesia (IDR).

5. Refund Policy

Kami menawarkan garansi uang kembali 7 hari untuk langganan Pro. Pembelian 7-Day Access tidak dapat dikembalikan setelah akses diaktifkan. Untuk mengajukan pengembalian dana, hubungi support@resumez.id dalam 7 hari setelah pembelian.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (templates, design, code, branding) are owned by Resumez.id and protected by intellectual property laws.

You retain all rights to the content you create using our Service (resume text, personal information, etc.). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Transmit any harmful, offensive, or fraudulent content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Use automated scripts to scrape, crawl, or index our platform
• Resell or redistribute our templates or generated documents commercially

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Resumez.id shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data or revenue.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from Account Settings.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
